Since April, I have been leading the development of a new Forest Infrastructure Strategy 2030 as part of my work in public administration.
The starting point is complex and connected to many other forest functions and services. Together with specialists, we are taking an interdisciplinary approach: speaking with key stakeholders, analysing relevant data, and structuring the current situation.
The next step is to define a vision for 2030, develop an impact model, and derive concrete measures. These will be reviewed with those involved before moving into implementation.
